4. Customer's Authorization for Kingz International Logistics's Mandate

I hereby authorize Kingz International Logistics ("KINGZ"), its representatives, agents, and any shipper(s) of its choice to: (1) Act as my forwarding agent for export control and customs purposes; (2) Prepare, sign, declare, or swear to any Shipper's Export Declaration or other export documentation required by law or regulation in connection with the exportation of any commodity or vehicle shipped by me or at my direction; and (3) Perform all acts necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Section 192 of the U.S. Customs Regulations. I certify that all statements made and all information contained herein are true and correct, and that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement. While KINGZ will make every reasonable effort to ensure that my vehicle(s) and/or cargo are shipped to their destination in good order, KINGZ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration that may occur in transit to the final destination. As KINGZ does not inspect or search vehicles, I acknowledge and agree that the owner/shipper is solely responsible for ensuring that no arms, ammunition, currency, contraband, or any prohibited or illegal items are placed in the vehicle or shipment. I (the shipper) further certify that all statements made, and all information provided in connection with the export of this vehicle and/or cargo are true and correct. I understand that civil and criminal penalties, including forfeiture and sale, may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements, failing to provide requested information, or violating any applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. I understand and agree to the following additional terms and conditions: KINGZ is not responsible for demurrage, repositioning, storage, roll-over charges, or any other delay-related fees resulting from delays by U.S. All shipments exported from the United States are subject to random examinations by U.S. Customs, and the customer/shipper shall be solely responsible for any and all exam-related costs and charges. There is a strict NO DOCS / NO LOAD policy. Required documentation must be submitted before shipping. No insurance of any kind is included unless expressly stated in writing and separately purchased.
PAD (PRINT AT DESTINATION) ARE ISSUED. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 3 DAYS AFTER THE VEHICLE SAILS. LATE PAYMENT INQURES A $50 LATE FEE. NOTE THAT WE ONLY GIVE UPDATES TO YOU THE SHIPPER AND NOT THIRD PARTIES.

5. Mechanical Problems Arising After Dropping Vehicle

Customers, please note that Kingz International Logistics cannot be held responsible/accountable for any mechanical problems that may arise to your vehicle after dropping at the office before and after shipping. It's the responsibility of the EXPORTER to PURCHASE insurance for cargo.
